All cancellations by phone only and changes must be through client services by contacting 604 537 9627.

We require 24 hours cancellation notice before the scheduled booking time to accommodate your cancellation request. All deposits are nonrefundable! You will be financially responsible for your vacant time slot. However, if we can fill that time slot, we’ll reschedule your canceled booking in good faith at a mutually agreed later date. Changes must be through client services by contacting 604 537 9627. All deposits are nonrefundable.


Our drivers have the right to terminate lesson(s) without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the student. We keep a tight schedule, and lessons will start and end at predetermined times; students must book extra time through the company. We require 48 hours’ notice to honor cancellations and avoid a $25 late cancellation fee by ICBC. We assume no responsibility for delays or lesson termination in winter due to unsafe road conditions (i.e., Road hazards, accidents, etc.). However, if it’s our negligence or circumstances beyond our control, your road test will rebook at no additional charge to you. We are not responsible for articles left in our vehicles. Students must pay for Lessons in advance. Due to safety concerns, students must always follow their instructor’s directions, and please wear your prescribed glasses or Contact Lenses during your driving sessions.

Our vehicles are properly cleaned and disinfected after each lesson.

All of our instructors must hand sanitize and wear a face mask when dealing with students, and they must report to us immediately when running a temperature or feeling ill. In addition, we perform temperature checks on each instructor at the beginning and end of their shift.
